UNUSUAL BRASS CHANUKAH LAMP

dutch, late 18th/early 19th centuryThe cast detachable interior with openwork backplate pierced with architectural motifs and fleurs-de-lis,
with shamash and central plaque inscribed “Chanukah”, surmounted by Magen David, side panels with similar designs
fronted by row of 8 oil troughs; set in a brass frame. Rarely seen with accompanying back piece.
