Born in Bielsko-Silesia, studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, and came to Israel in 1957. She is one of the foremost watercolorists in Israel today. Her works show an interesting mixture of impressionism vigor, colour and lyric symbolism.
She exhibited at museums in Poland, France, and Israel and her paintings have been acquired by private collections and museums all over the world. Her works have sold at Christieâ’s Int’, and are featured in “Rika Schwimer” oils, watercolours, drawings, Tel-Aviv, 1980.
